   Description

The Sales and Marketing Officer will be responsible for driving land sales through effective marketing strategies, client acquisition, and relationship management. The role involves identifying potential clients, promoting company projects, and ensuring sales targets are achieved while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and brand reputation.


   Duties & Responsibilities

Client Acquisition and Lead Generation
Identify and engage potential buyers through networking, referrals, digital marketing, and field marketing activities.
Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline to meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Marketing and Promotion
Develop and implement marketing campaigns to promote land projects through online platforms, advertising, events, and activations.
Prepare and distribute marketing materials such as brochures, social media content, and digital ads.

Sales Execution
Conduct property presentations and site visits for potential buyers.
Guide clients through the purchase process — from inquiry to closing — ensuring a seamless and professional experience.

Market Research and Reporting
Conduct market research to understand customer needs, pricing trends, and competitor activities.
Prepare regular sales reports and provide insights to support decision-making and strategy development.

Customer Relationship Management
Maintain strong post-sale relationships to encourage referrals and repeat business.
Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.


   Skills & Experience

Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
Minimum of 2–3 years’ experience in real estate sales, preferably in land sales.
Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in digital marketing and CRM tools is an added advantage.
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work both independently and in a team environment.
