Managing multiple delinquent accounts for debt collection efforts.
Plan a course of action to recover outstanding payments.
Negotiate payoff declines or payment plans.


   Skills & Experience

Diploma/Degree is a business-related field.
At least 6 months experience in a call Centre.
Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
