In this role, you will drive the strategic growth and operational excellence of our franchise network, with a strong focus on expanding our footprint by identifying and onboarding new franchise partners. You will support the successful execution of brand standards and foster strong franchise relationships. Additionally, you will work closely with existing franchise owners to provide training, conduct operational assessments, and support marketing initiatives to enhance performance, profitability, and partner satisfaction.
Business Development & Expansion
• Identify and scout for potential franchise partners in targeted markets.
• Conduct market research to evaluate viability and demand for new franchise locations.
• Develop proposals and pitch presentations for prospective franchisees.
• Lead negotiations and onboarding processes for new franchise partnerships.
Franchisee Relationship Management
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all franchisee communication and support.
• Build strong, trusted relationships with franchise owners through regular check-ins and strategic reviews.
• Address franchisee concerns, mediate issues, and escalate as needed to senior leadership.
Operational Support & Compliance
• Ensure franchisees maintain brand standards in service delivery, appearance, and customer experience.
• Conduct periodic operational audits and assessments to identify gaps and provide corrective guidance.
• Collaborate with internal departments (marketing, finance, HR) to support franchise operations.
• Facilitate onboarding training for new franchisees and their staff.
• Provide continuous training in operational excellence, customer service, and business practices.
• Monitor performance metrics and assist franchisees in improving KPIs.
Marketing & Brand Alignment
• Guide franchisees in implementing marketing strategies and local activation plans.
• Monitor consistency of branding and promotional messaging across the network.
• Collect feedback from the field to improve franchise programs and campaigns.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
• 4–6 years’ experience in business development in a B2B environment.
• Proven experience in franchise recruitment or territory expansion is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of financials, business KPIs, and growth metrics.
• Willingness to travel regularly to franchise locations.
